CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
Sub-Zero Temperature Equipment
We’ve handled CNC machining and all sheet-metal services for a Sub-Zero Temperature Systems Original Equipment Manufacturer for years with specialty bracket bending, plating, and chassis—and our partnership wouldn’t have lasted this long if we didn’t commit to providing the best-possible experience for them. We stay in daily contact via email, phone calls, and visits through every stage of the project—clearly communicating timelines and expectations from contract review to delivery. That way, when we deliver a final product, we know in advance that the customer will be satisfied.
By keeping their needs in mind every day, we’ve been able to exceed the requirements set by this world leader in cryo-refrigeration each time, often returning products faster than they anticipated. We strive for their satisfaction and for efficient turnaround—and that means taking extra time to understand their goals.
Specialty Bracket Bending, Plating, and Chassis
As we customize these specialty products for our customer, we do everything we can to make all communications, timelines, and deliveries as smooth as possible.

Valve Equipment and Systems Integration Equipment
Valve Equipment and Systems Integration Original Equipment Manufacturer relies on our team for laser cutting, forming, welding, and plating, often with a high volume of projects working through their pipeline at all times. With a wide array of requested services and a high volume of products needed, we look for creative ways to save them money on their projects—even when it means a little extra time spent planning and innovating workflow patterns.
For welding, we’ve managed to group five to eight jobs together to reduce the shop rate per weldment and to scale for efficiencies. For plating, we similarly aim to group processes to together to maximize the efficiency and to minimize the cost. All of these cost-saving measures rely on clear communication with our local OEM client, our sales department, and our purchasing department—all to ensure that we always achieve the highest quality for the lowest cost.
Laser Cutting, Forming, Welding, and Plating
We have to balance details and big picture with this sort of project—and do it all without breaking the bank.

Original Lab Equipment
Over the last decade with a Lab Equipment Original Equipment Manufacturer, we’ve provided a wide range of services. We started out making individual pieces and parts, but over time, our partnership has included CNC punching, laser cutting, forming, welding, PEM insertions, powder coating, and weldments and assemblies.

When we first started doing bigger weldments together, we took extra time at the Computer Station with CAD Program Modeling on screen so that we could identify any potential errors that might arise from the plans. This customer had never taken a project this far before, and they were relieved to avoid the costly mistakes and delays thanks to our diligence.
By taking the extra time up front to guarantee their best-possible product, we were able to demonstrate to the customer that we had their best interest in mind. This trust is especially important as customers undertake new projects, new designs, or new scales of production. The trust we’ve built together with this customer allows us to do assemblies for them while they redirect their time and effort to internal projects.

When we’re combining many processes to achieve one end goal, our customer has to be able to trust that we’re treating each step with full integrity.
